We appreciate your support, patience, and understanding and are happy to report that we have identified the root cause of the Android scrolling issue as a problem with the newest version of ‘Android System WebView’. This affected several apps including our BetRivers App for some android users. Google has removed the current problematic version from play store, which will allow you to uninstall and then update WebView to get the previous stable version (version 98).
To do this:
-Navigate to Settings
-Select Apps
-Search for "Android System WebView"
-Select "Android System WebView" and Select Uninstalls
-Once uninstalled, select Update.
If you cannot locate ‘Android System WebView’ when looking through your apps, you may be running a version of Android where WebView is built in to Chrome and the temporary workaround would be to uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome on your device.
To do this:
-Navigate to Settings
-Select Apps
-Select Google Chrome
-Select Uninstall.
-Reinstall Google Chrome
