How do I play on my iOS device?

iOS Installation Guide

  1. Navigate to the PlaySugarHouse.com site on your iOS device.

Please login to your PlaySugarHouse.com account. When you login on an iOS device, you will see the below screen that prompts you to install our geo-location app, GeoGuard. Please click “Install” to begin the process.

Clicking install will bring you to a page that prompts you to allow your device to navigate to the Apple App Store. Please click “Open”.

  1. The App Store will open.

Your device will then be directed to the GeoGuard app in the Apple App Store.
Please click the “Get” button. You may be prompted for your iCloud account information, depending on your account settings.

Once the application has been downloaded, please click “Open”.

  1. Open the GeoGuard application.

When the application opens please click “Let’s Start”.

It will explain that you must choose always allow access to your location services on the next screen for the service to work properly. Click “Ok, I understand”

Then click “Always Allow” on the next screen.

It then will explain that you must allow access for the application to send you notifications on the next screen for the service to work properly. Click “Ok, I understand”

On the next screen please click “Allow”.

Once you have allowed both of those permissions, you will then see this screen. Then you can successfully navigate back to the PlaySugarHouse.com site.

  1. Navigate back to the PlaySugarHouse.com site on your device.

When you return to the site the GeoGuard app will obtain your location. You will see the below screen while the GeoGuard app is working.

Once you have been successfully located, you will be able to view the Casino & SportsBook and place wagers.
