Strong authentication is an extra step of security we provide for our patrons. If you choose to enable it during registration, you will be sent a security code via e-mail each time you login. You will need to enter this code, along with your password, in order to have access to your account.
After registration, you may enable or disable strong authentication by logging into your account and clicking on the My Account tab under the Drop down menu:
Then scroll down to My Security and check or uncheck ‘enable strong authentication’:
