Unfortunately, while we do not charge any fees for deposits made to your SugarHouse Online account, some card issuers do charge a cash advance fee for credit card deposits.
In order to avoid these fees in the future, you should use the SugarHouse Play+ Card. You may load the card with your credit card, but it is not considered a cash advance by most issuers and thus, does not trigger these fees.
